BBNaija season 5 winner, Laycon, has earned international recognition after fans showered praises on him when his song, Hip Hop was played during an interview he had on a UK based station.

A man living in Minnesota, USA, identified as @jizzle_jam tweeted that he listened to the words of the song and it positively affected him. He noted that the song has been on repeat the whole day in his car.

According to him, he almost cried while listening to the song and reiterated that the song touched him in a significant manner.

He wrote,

This song has words that hit me hard. This tune is on repeat all day today. My eye is red, teary and heavy but I’m built for envy and not pity. Watch out for the bounce back and I’ll be sure to share my testimony.

Laycon released his HipHop single last year and the song has been breaking boundaries in Nigeria and across the world.
