“It Is Important To Be Genuine About Truth”- Simi

Popular Female Nigerian musician, Simi, has admonished her fans to be genuine about the truth at all times.

According to her, it is right to always say no to things one does not believe in even when everyone around is taking the same path and you are the only one on a different path, adding that although one will not always be right, it is better than being fake.

Simi noted that most people have gone astray because they found it difficult to say no whiles everyone was saying yes.

She wrote,

It’s okay to keep ur boundaries and to keep saying no to things you don’t agree with or believe in, even if everyone else around you is going in the opposite direction. Having a mind of ur own will never be easy.

It’s important to be genuine about your truth. Sometimes you’ll even be wrong. No one is right all the time. But at least, you won’t be fake.

For example, it’s why I like people that don’t like me to my face over someone that smiles at me and talks shit behind my back.
