Rema Promises More ‘Bangers’ And Album This Year

Rema has promised his fans on social media that he will release more bangers and album this year.

The 20 years old singer who rose to prominence with the release of the song “Iron Man,” which appeared on Barack Obama’s 2019 summer playlist, recently bagged two nominations, namely the Best International Act and Best Africa Act from the MOBO Awards 2020 nominees.

He was nominated with artists contesting for the Best International Act including Master KG, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, Davido, Wizkid, Afro B, Tiwa Savage, etc and the Best Africa Act also has contenders like Summer Walker, Megan Thee Stallion, Drake, Pop Smoke, Lil Baby, Popcaan, etc.

The Nigerian singer, songwriter, and rapper who had a wonderful 2020 said this on his official verified Twitter handle after he shared a picture of firecrackers, popularly known as Bangers, beside a stereo amplifier.

Sharing the photo, Divine Ikubor, known professionally as Rema, wrote; “You know what this means.”
