Anita Joseph under fire for celebrating Rita Edochie on her birthday (See Why)

Nollywood actress Anita Joseph Olagunju has come under heavy criticism for celebrating veteran Nollywood actress Rita Edochie on her birthday.

Kemifilani News recalled that Rita Edochie has been in the news lately after she vowed never to forgive ailing Nigerian comedian Ada Jesus, who she said was peddling rumours about her and controversial clergy, Odumejeje.

After being dragged on social media, the veteran actress succumbed to pressure and took to her Instagram page to share a video saying she has forgiven Ada Jesus. She added her condition should serve as a deterrent to others.

Irrespective of the recent saga, Anita Joseph took to her Instagram page to celebrate the actress on her birthday.

She wrote:

Agbala MMASINACHI 1 na ADO Onitsha. Happy birthday to you mama ❤️ May your years be long and fruitful mummy !! @ritaedochie ❤️❤️❤️ogadiligi na mma ❤️🙌.
